It took me a while to open up about my experience with Bell’s Palsy. The stress from personal challenges and being a single parent to my son had built up over time, and eventually, my body couldn’t take it anymore. My face was the first to show the toll—something so visible, I couldn’t ignore it. It was a wake-up call that stress was affecting me more deeply than I realized.
I had to learn to listen to my body, regulate my nervous system, and, most importantly, understand the role of nutrition in healing. Conventional medicine didn’t offer the answers I needed, so I explored a more holistic approach to uncover what was really going on.
After six months of dedication, I found my smile again—physically, emotionally, and mentally. That journey of healing led me to coaching, and now, my mission is to help women like you navigate this path.
I’ve learned how to truly nourish my body, restore balance, and break free from the cycle of stress and exhaustion. Now, I’m here to support you on your own journey because you shouldn’t have to go through this alone. I’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

I know, because I was you.
For years, I prided myself on being ‘strong’. I wore my stress like a badge of honor, thinking that as long as I kept moving forward, I was doing fine. But my body had other plans.
In 2020, I woke up with half my face paralyzed. I had Bell’s palsy. No warning, no explanation. Then, in early 2024, my body completely shut down. My iron levels were so low that a simple shower left me on the verge of fainting. My doctor told me, "If you had gotten into an accident, you might not have survived."
That was my wake-up call. Years of stress, a personal trauma coupled by PTSD, and pushing through life’s obstacles had finally caught up to me. My nervous system was in overdrive, my hormones were completely out of balance, and I had lost touch with myself.
I had to heal—not just physically, but emotionally.
I had to change the way I nourished my body, learned to regulate my nervous system, set boundaries, and did the deep inner work to finally feel safe in my own skin.I then went a step further and quit my stressful corporate job in Finance, went into the bush for 4 weeks, and now exploring new locations around sydney that are stress free and are surrounded with nature as i decide on where i will settle, as i continue to work on regulating my nervous system and getting out of survival mode.Throughout this process, I realized something powerful:
